Bobby Knight Skates. Again.

Now that Indiana University has let Bobby Knight, its miscreant basketball coach, off with a stern slap on the wrist, TSG offers this excerpt from Knight's coaching contract. Paragraph 11 of the agreement (copies of which were released in April by IU officials) threatens discharge if Knight "engaged in conduct contrary to generally accepted standards in the coaching profession or has been guilty of personal conduct which would be grounds for punitive discharge of any employee of the University generally..." So here's hoping that loutish Bobby's chair throwing,student choking, and verbal tirades soon become commonplace in IU's classrooms, libraries, and dorms.Seems only right. (2 pages)
