This is the will John F. Kennedy, Jr. signed in December 1997 and which was filed in New York City Surrogate's Court on September 24 (along with a copy of his death certificate). Kennedy named his wife Carolyn as his principal beneficiary, but since she died with her husband, most of his assets will be distributed, via a trust, to Kennedy's family and friends. Previously, the mother of Carolyn and Lauren Bessette filed these papers to begin settling her daughters's estates. (5 pages)
