Leona Helmsley

Hotel magnate Leona Helmsley was photographed by the United States Marshals Service in April 1988, the same day she pleaded not guilty in Manhattan federal court to income tax evasion charges. Helmsley, 67 at the time, was later convicted and spent about 18 months behind bars where she posed for the five other above photos courtesy of the Bureau of Prisons.
