While House judiciary committee members made hundreds of deletions
before releasing Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's "Sexgate"
documents, we question the thoroughness of our elected officials.
Here's a heavily-redacted page of Lewinsky testimony that opens with
the end of this question: "On that date did you gratify him in some
way other than performing oral sex?" Though Monica's answer is
deleted, a check of the transcript's unredacted digest--an index of
words found in the document--gives you a pretty good idea how Lewinsky
gratified the president.
